Flexibility

Freedom of movement means freedom from age.

One of the least addressed yet most important parts of our body being strong and moving well is our ability to move smoothly and freely.  Keeping our body flexible and strong will decrease our risk of injury and increase our ability to move pain free, especially as we age.

Recognising the importance of this, I have built in a structured program for each individual based on their initial assessment.  Moving easily will have never been easier.
